What changed
Nothing against us — the calendar-math thesis is effectively confirmed. The CLARITY Act still has had no Senate floor vote (
Latham & Watkins tracker: on the Senate calendar, not scheduled); key Democrats (Alsobrooks, Gallego) remain conditional on ethics provisions (
Forbes); the Senate state work period starts ~Aug 10 (
Yahoo Finance) and the House is out until Aug 31 — no realistic path to a signed law before Sep 1. But at 95¢ bid there are only ~5¢ left across 33 days of locked capital, and the market's early-close clause triggers only on a YES event (i.e., only against us). Per the capital-free rule: bank +12¢ now. Depth is excellent — ~33k contracts bid at 95¢.
