**Thesis confirmed by the resolution source.** The [Federal Register](https://www.federalregister.gov/presidential-documents/executive-orders/donald-trump/2026) shows zero executive orders with signing dates in the Jun 28 – Jul 4 window — the most recent EOs are 14412/14413 (signed Jun 22) and 14414 (signed Jun 25). The only in-window presidential documents published are two proclamations: the Jun 29 Morocco phosphate-fertilizer emergency and the Jul 3 Independence 250th anniversary. The [Jun 29 “Signs Executive Orders” video](https://www.whitehouse.gov/videos/president-trump-signs-executive-orders-jun-29-2026/) was mislabeled (proclamation + memorandum), exactly as the original rationale flagged.
